My Story

I'm a middle-aged gay guy who overcame morbid obesity, decades of yo-yo dieting, and emotional eating driven by fear of rejection and a need for approval. I was the fat, funny drama kid, and the son who did well in school and became a successful lawyer, as that was the story I thought people wanted me to live.

​​​

Eventually, I dropped around 60kg, became a PT, and fell in love with fitness and coaching. I also trained as a life and performance coach. Combining these roles helped me achieve long-term weight loss, physical transformation, personal growth, and inner happiness.

​​

With a strong, fit, and healthy body and mind, I found the confidence to dig deeper and find out more about who I really am. I realised that being unaligned with my core values made me feel stuck, frustrated, and negative. Alignment brought optimism, energy, and self-trust.

​

I forged a new identity aligned with my values, sense of purpose and dreams. I reframed my my past struggles to see they had given me empathy, courage, and confidence. They allow me to connect deeply with others, challenge myself, and dare to be different. It's why I'm unapologetically a show-off and love performing and speaking in front of thousands of people.

My story? I discovered the ability to rewrite it and now I love being its main character. My purpose is to help you do the same.

My Services

My unique coaching approach ensures you will get the most effective results possible. So, if you're ready to take your fitness journey and life to the next level, let's get started!

It’s currently £299 per month.
Remember, this as an investment in you and your life today and in the future.

How much is it?

As long as you need. We are all different and have different needs - you might get what you need sooner, and for others, it might take longer. All I ask is a three month commitment - change doesn’t happen overnight.
After that, you can cancel at any time.

How long is the programme?

  • 1 x one-on-one coaching call with me each month (online, usually one hour).

​

  • Weekly coaching feedback after you “check in” (you get a questionnaire where you tell me how your week has been). This is where I tweak and change things to help keep you heading in the right direction.

​​

  • Direct access to me daily via the chat function in my app (we have to respect each other’s boundaries at certain times!)

​

  • Personalised training and nutrition plans to help you achieve your fitness goals (delivered via my app)

​​

  • Access to my online training and coaching videos in “The Vault” so you can dial up your personal growth in your own time.

​​

  • Be part of the Polaris Collective, a community of like-minded guys who are looking to support, cheer each other on and also hold each other accountable.

What do I get?

Mad amounts of energy, clarity, a sense of purpose, freedom, happiness and the drive to go after and get the things you actually want in life.

You need to know if I am the right coach for you first. Are we a good fit? I hope so, but sometimes I might know someone else who can help you better than I can. I’m not going to just take your money. This is important stuff - this is your life and future. That’s why we have a Chemistry Call to start, which gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and for us to ask each other some questions. If we’re both happy to continue, then you pay the first monthly payment and we get going!
