Get access to a load of different training plans to meet you where you are in terms of equipment, time available and experience. Don’t have a gym membership? There are home workouts you can do instead! All delivered through the Kahunas app.

Direct comms with me - only in the group chat and check-ins
Coaching Calls with me (unless paid for separately)
Me chasing you for your check-ins - it's up to you to take responsibility and do the work required.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END?

After 50 days, you’ve got options.

POLARIS HEROES: You can seamlessly move into the POLARIS HEROES graduate programme to keep building on your successes in the same supportive group setting (pay monthly).

1-to-1 Coaching: if you’re craving an even deeper and more personalised level of coaching, you can apply for 1-to-1 coaching with me. If you do this and we start 1-to-1 coaching, I'll deduct what you paid for POLARIS50 from the first coaching fee.

The point is, I won’t just leave you hanging. By the end of POLARIS50, you’ll already feel stronger and more confident, but more importantly, you’ll have the blueprint to keep going—and keep thriving.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

If you’re not happy with where you are - your health, your fitness level, your confidence - then simply “doing nothing” has a cost too. Life is too short to spend it chasing the next diet, beating yourself up in the mirror, or feeling like life is just a conveyor belt you're stuck on. As much as I'd love to be able to offer this to you for free (I just can't afford to), I want you to see this as an investment in you and your future.

For later intakes of POLARIS50 I plan to charge £199. I am happy to charge a wee bit less for this first round as I see myself building POLARIS50 and POLARIS HEROES with you.
